The better the property is prepared, the more time we can spend on what matters: light, angles and presentation.

• Make sure the owner, tenant or anyone in the property knows about the booking.
• Have the property as ready as reasonably possible before the booked time begins.
• Make sure access, keys and entry information are in order.
• Tell us in advance about any special requests or circumstances we should know about.

Preparation: It is best if the property is as ready as possible for the shoot. We can help with small adjustments on site when needed.

• Photos are delivered the same day, regardless of the property’s location.
• Videos: Delivered within three business days. Photos from combined packages follow the photo delivery schedule.
• Outside the Capital Region: Photos are also delivered the same day.

Icelandic weather can change quickly. Rain, wind and light can affect exterior and drone photography even when the forecast looked good at the time of booking.

• We assess conditions on location with quality and safety in mind.
• If exterior images cannot be made to the right standard, we discuss the best realistic solution.
• Sometimes it makes sense to complete the interiors as planned and solve the exterior portion separately.
• Weather may determine whether a drone can be used that day.

A drone can give a property valuable context, but flying always depends on conditions, safety and the rules applying to the location.

• Rain and wind may prevent safe or high-quality flying.
• The property location may affect whether and how a drone can be flown.
• We assess whether aerial imagery genuinely adds value to the presentation.
• If drone coverage is booked but flying is not possible, the next step depends on the circumstances.

Every image goes through post-production with the goal of creating a natural, bright and professional presentation of the property.

• Colour, exposure and white balance are kept consistent across the set.
• Perspective and vertical lines are corrected where appropriate.
• Small distracting details can often be adjusted or removed.
• Major object removal, composites or extensive cleanup may be additional work.

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 3 hours before the booked start time. With less than 3 hours’ notice, the full booking price is charged.

• Let us know as soon as it is clear the property will not be ready at the booked time.
• If a tenant, owner or access issue prevents the shoot, a new time may be required.
• A new appointment is subject to availability.
• One visit: Pricing is based on one continuous visit. Additional visits and reshoots caused by changed requests are priced separately.
