ISONE SHOT / PRICING
Photos delivered the same day. See the booking terms for delivery and booking details.
All prices include VAT. Base pricing applies in the Capital Region.
Choose your service and an available time on the booking page.
Pricing is based on one residential or sale unit up to 300 m². Houses include detached, terraced and semi-detached homes. Larger properties and substantial additional buildings are quoted separately.
Videos include editing, colour grading, music with appropriate usage rights and the real estate agency’s branding. One round of minor revisions is included. Delivery is in landscape format; drone footage and dedicated social-media versions are priced separately.
When a drone is better suited to showing the front of the property, you may request 2–3 drone images of the facade instead of standard exterior photos, at no extra charge when the booked service includes exterior photography.
This is especially useful where space around the building is limited. The dedicated drone add-on provides a wider overview of the plot and surrounding area.
All drone work is subject to weather conditions and permissions at the location.
Volume pricing applies to empty apartments in the same building photographed during one continuous visit.
The first apartment is 24,900 ISK, the second and third are 19,900 ISK each, and the fourth through sixth are 17,900 ISK each.
Photography and post-production for each apartment are included, along with one shared exterior image set of the building. Image count depends on size and layout.
Volume pricing applies to apartments up to 150 m² each, ready and accessible on arrival. Larger units are priced separately. A shared drone image set is charged only once for the building.
Base pricing applies in Hafnarfjörður, Garðabær, Kópavogur, Seltjarnarnes, Reykjavík excluding Kjalarnes, and urban Mosfellsbær. The travel fees below are added to the selected service and include the return trip from Hafnarfjörður.
Prices apply to the named urban areas. Kjalarnes, holiday homes, farms and other locations are quoted in advance.
The travel fee is charged once for a shared trip to the same location. When several clients share the trip, the fee may be divided by agreement. Travel between different areas is priced separately.
